This is our first business, our family’s passion, and our way of sharing something special with everyone, our community, who walks through our doors.

Lazy Caffè started with a simple idea, to create a place where you can slow down, enjoy the moment, and feel right at your Italian home. We opened our doors in January 2026 as a family-owned café in the heart of Lake Hiawatha, built from years of passion in the hospitality industry. As a chef, I learned that serving people goes beyond food and drinks, it’s about creating genuine, memorable experiences.
At the heart of what we do is our coffee, proudly brewed with Caffè Kimbo, bringing a true taste of Naples into every cup. Everything we offer is inspired by the warmth and tradition of Italy with a modern twist.

Our food is simple, authentic, and made to be enjoyed. From our classic tiramisu, brioche, and bomboloni to a daily selection of croissants and Danish pastries, each bite is meant to feel comforting, indulgent, and just a little special.
